Dear all,

Pls note that 23rd Jan, parade is cancelled. We'll see you at parade on 30th Jan. Sec 4 have to go for Leadership conference on 30th at GBHQ. Sec 4 has to fill in consent forms, which will be given to you next week. Its parade as usual for sec 2-3. Sec 1 will likely to report on 30th Jan.

Camp Pack List

Dear Girls, are you excited?

Ensure your camp pack list is fully checked and report tomorrow 8am sharp in church. Full uniform. Remember tonight to check your uniform parts are all ready. It is the end of the year so by now you are should be VERY FAMILIAR with your uniform. No excuses from Sec 2s and above ya!

Annual CAMP PACK LIST

• New item: Swimming Costume. If you don't have, wearing a sports top + tights (shorter than knee length. must be swimming costume type of material, lycra type.
• Consent form (be prepared to be sent back to get your consent form if you didn't bring)
• S$20 Camp fees
  
• 3 GB/school shirts (Inclusive of Mufti, PE shirts & Previous years’ camp tee)
• 3 school shorts
• □ 1 school skirt
• □ 1 pair of track pants
• □ 1 pair of school shoes
• □ 1 GB uniform (and all its parts & socks & boots!) – wearing
• □ Comb + hair accessories
• □ 3 pairs of socks. (GB socks or school socks) – no ankle socks allowed
• □ 1 water-bottle + 1.5L softdrink bottle
• □ 1 pair of slippers/flip-flops/sandals
• □ 1 set of toiletries (eg toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, soap)
• □ SUFFICIENT NUMBER OF UNDERGARMENTS :D
• □ SUFFICIENT SANITARY PADS!
• □ 1 towel
• □ 1 sleeping bag
• □ 1 set of utensils (fork & spoon & mug) – no disposables!
• □ Pencil case + stationery
• □ 1 Bible
• □ 1 Notebook
• □ 1 hanger (hang uniform!)
• □ 1 Canned Food with Can Opener (for outdoor cooking)
• □ 1 Packet of instant noodles (for outdoor cooking)
• □ 1 Backpack (outdoor bag to bring for e hike)

Other things you may wish to consider

• □ Insect repellent!
• □ Personal medication
• □ Plastic bags (to store dirty clothes!)
• □ Alarm clock/watches
• □ Jacket

NOTE:
1. All items are compulsory to bring unless otherwise stated.
2. Hand phones, mp3 players and other electronic devices are allowed and must be surrender to officers during bag checking. These will only be returned when we break camp.
3. Other unnecessary things are not allowed, eg. Soft toys.

Vaccination for Cambodia Trip

Dear girls

pls remember that you have to go for your vaccine on the 6th Nov at Tan Tock Seng Traveller's Clinic. Mdm Ai Kheng will meet you there at 3pm sharp. Latest update:

Compulsory vaccine: Typhoid, influenza, Malaria pills (buy the one that start with "Mef")
Optional: Hepatitis A

Sec 4,
pls arrange on your own to go for vaccine after your O levels. However, if you want to go together on 6 Nov, pls sms me and let me know. Thanks

How have you been?
ALL of YOU are cordially invited to attend my wedding on 19th Sept 2009 (Saturday).

The wedding ceremony will start at 1pm and all guests are encouraged to be seated by 12.45pm, so please come earlier k?

remember our date on the movie "UP"? I realised that movie schedules are not available yet. I have to wait till Thursday before I know what timings are available on Saturday.

There will be a briefing on 9 July (Thursday) at 2pm at the amphitheatre. Attendance is compulsory. If your friends are not in this email, please forward to them.

Agenda of meeting:

1) GB Day - 13 July (Monday) Please assemble at the parade square at 0720 in full Uniform. Squad leaders will do a check and send you back to class.

Do not remove your cap at all times. After school, assemble at parade square at 2pm where you will be dismissed formally. Let's show the school that you are disciplined GB girls and are proud to celebrate your day.

2) GB Fortnight Donation Drive - The donation cards will be given to you and Mdm Jemaine will explain to you how this collection can be done.

The amount collected will be given to Cambodian orphans, GB work in Cambodia and our GB funds. So let's do our best. CIP hours will be given for your hard work and time spent.

Meanwhile do keep yourself in good health and observe personal hygiene.
