Guidelines
1. Theme
The general theme of the 80th anniversary celebration is ARISE! SHINE! As we celebrate our 80th birthday, we want to challenge all GB girls to arise as a generation of Esthers, impacting and contributing to our community, that all GB girls will inspire and influence our peers to do likewise.

2. Elements
