Reporting Time: 8am sharp
Duties: To set up the stalls by 9am
Venue: Church
Attire: Mafti with school shoes + nametag

Station: Red Tiles Area
IC: English Congregation

Team 2: Respect & Integrity
Respect: Green Bean Soup Integrity: Hotdogs
Station: Outside Annex Hall
IC: Chinese Congregation

Logistics & Preparation

1. Advertising GB Fund Raising Event

2. Extension Cords (x2)
IC: Xueying & Peiyu
Please borrow the multiple powerpoints with long wires from school

3. Preparation of Green Bean Soup
IC: Zhihua, Bernice, Lijuan & Chiewyee
Report Sunday @ 7am in Church

4. Preparation of Hotdogs
IC: Peiyu, Xueying, Joey & Eileen
Report @ Sunday 7.30am in Church

5. Purchase Ingredients
IC: Chin Hwee, Rachel, Joleen & Kailun
We will purchase food ingredients on 19th July

Best Signages Design
Each team is required to design TWO signages or sign boards displaying the items we are selling.
1) Green Bean Soup X 1 Signage
2) Hotdogs X 1 Signage
*meaning 1 sign board to display 1 food item. Thus 2 sign boards from each team
Reward: 500 Squad points for each squad

Best Money Box Design
Each team is required to design 1 money box using a shoe box.
Reward: 500 Squad points for each squad
