pls note that you are attending Awards Ceremony 2009. You do not need to attend the parade in the morning. Details as follows. Ms Tan Soo Lan will be going with you. We are recieving Gold Award!
Joey will be the color bearer. That means Joey has to go earlier (read below)
Date: 4 April 09 Saturday
Venue: TBC
Time: 3.00 pm – 5.30 pm
Those receiving awards to be briefed at 2.00pm
Those attending to be seated by 2.30pm
Guests to be seated by 2.45pm
(If your school principal is collecting the award, they need not come for briefing.)
Attire: Full uniform
Compulsory Participation:
o 12 girls per Company (Pri & Sec)
o All Officers
Each Company is to provide a Color-bearer who must be a Sergeant or Staff Sergeant. Practice at 12pm.
Brigade Knowledge Test for PBB Candidates
Date: 28 March 2009, Saturday
Morning – 10 to 11am; registration starts at 9.30am
Afternoon – 2 to 3pm; registration starts at 1.30pm
Girls who are late will not be allowed to take the test.
Attire: Mufti – GB National T-shirt with nametag and
school skirt
Venue: GBC
Bring: Stationery, Photo ID e.g. IC, Student pass
